S4S needed to engage and route their leads from their website and call center into their CRM. Reas Marketing has developed lead routing workflows and email campaigns by products sold to target leads.
With the launch of their new digital platform, Reas Marketing worked closely with the sales team to develop targeted emails and a drip flow to market the new platform to both incoming and existing leads. This campaign required that leads be identified and grouped appropriately for a series of initially 9 emails over the course of several weeks. That flow has now increased to over 20 emails, each delivering new and useful information to leads that enter the pipeline.
Our work with Software 4 Schools extends into CRM Consulting and management, in which we periodically conduct database cleanups that involve the review of existing contact lists, workflows, emails, and a refresh of forms and landing pages. We have also implemented notification flows to alert the sales team to new activity, expiring accounts and due follow ups with leads for their respective platform.

Reas Marketing aided in facilitating the company’s move from SharpSpring to HubSpot. We transferred all their leads, forms, emails, workflows, integrations, pipelines and other marketing assets.
Prior to the change in Marketing Automation platforms, Reas Marketing managed all the company’s outbound marketing emails and internal notification system. We also integrated their Zoho and Zapier instances with SharpSpring and HubSpot to ensure the smooth transfer of information across systems.
